Chablis & Grand Auxerrois: Epineuil, Irancy, Saint-Bris & Vézelay

The area as a whole is dominated by Kimmeridgian limestone and being closer to Champagne than to Beaune, works with a cool continental climate which really promotes a steely mineral style throughout these wines.
